How to log into JCBUSA Online Statement
To begin using JCBUSA Online Statement, you are required to enter the initial user name and password which has been mailed to you by JCBUSA. If you have not received your user information, please contact JCBUSA Customer Service at 1-800-366-4522 (Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pacific Time) or online by submitting a request. Our Customer Service Representatives will assist you in setting up your online account.
Once you have successfuly logged in with the provided user name and password, you will be prompted to change your password. Please make sure that you register your current email address. JCBUSA Online Statement is available for JCB cards issued in the US only.
