Marukai (California) and JCB have jointly created a new value-added credit card program that is more than what you get today with your Marukai membership.

You can earn up to 3% cash back on all your purchases at any Marukai store.*1 You can also earn up to 1% cash back on all your purchases at any other merchant establishment that honors the JCB Card.*2

NO ANNUAL CREDIT CARD FEE
You will pay no annual credit card fee for your Marukai JCB Card.

TWO MEMBERSHIPS IN ONE CARD
With the Marukai JCB Card, you don't need to carry two separate cards. Your Marukai JCB Card has your Marukai membership built in. Also, you won't be charged for your Marukai membership for a full year after opening your Marukai JCB Card account. For your convenience, your renewal Marukai membership charge will be automatically charged to your Marukai JCB Card account at the anniversary date of your Marukai JCB Card.

TRAVEL ADVANTAGES
Air/Common Carrier Insurance coverage of up to $250,000 if you use your Marukai JCB Card to purchase your airline ticket.
Lost Luggage Insurance coverage of up to $1,000 if you use your Marukai JCB Card to purchase your airline ticket.

As a Marukai JCB Cardmember, you are entitled to receive concierge services at JCB Plazas worldwide. To make your travel easier, you can visit any of our JCB Plazas in 31 cities worldwide for services including merchant listings, emergency card replacement, and reservations. WORLDWIDE MERCHANT ACCEPTANCE
The Marukai JCB Card is accepted at over 12 million locations in 190 countries and territories, including most major airlines, hotels, car rental agencies and thousands of fine restaurants and retail stores. Please refer to Merchant Information for details.

COURTEOUS SERVICES
A toll-free customer service line is available to handle your service needs including account inquiries and card replacement. Services are available in English and Japanese. You can reach JCB Cardmember Services at 1-800-366-4522, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pacific time.

CONVENIENT ATM ACCESS
You can obtain cash with your Marukai JCB Card 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at any ATM with the Cirrus logo, the STAR System logo and other STAR affiliated networks using your personal identification number (PIN).

This program is available to California, Nevada, Oregon or Washington residents only. If you are not a Marukai member, you will be automatically enrolled in the Marukai Membership program upon approval of your credit application. The Marukai Membership is a separate program from the Marukai JCB Card. However, for your convenience, your renewal Marukai membership charge will be automatically charged to your Marukai JCB Card account at the anniversary date of your Marukai JCB Card. Marukai Corporation currently provides the Marukai JCB Card feature of regular-fee “regular” Marukai memberships charged at $10.00 annually and reduced-fee “senior” Marukai memberships charged at $5.00 annually. “Senior” Marukai membership privileges apply if you are 62 years of age or older.
